Compass Box Artist Blend Pear and Whisky Cocktail
An easy-going Highball twist which will work well at any occasion. A beautifully simple recipe made to be shared and enjoyed.
Ingredients: 35ml Compass Box Artist Blend | 15ml of Pear Liqueur | 5ml of Simple syrup | 5ml of fresh lemon juice | 125ml soda water | Garnish with a microplaned pear
Method: Fill a highball glass with ice and add Compass Box Artist Blend, Pear liqueur, Simple syrup and Lemon juice. Stir, then add more ice (as required) and top up with soda water. Stir again and add the microplaned pear to garnish
Compass Box Artist Blend Iceless Highball
This crisp, delicate and wonderfully simple serves brings out the fruity notes of Artist Blend and is perfect for a sunny afternoon.
Ingredients: freezer-chilled Highball glass (ideally thin-glass to keep the glass cooler for longer) | 60ml Compass Box Artist Blend (frozen overnight) | 190ml chilled Soda Water | Garnish with one thumb-sized piece of lemon peel (optional)
Method: Combine the whisky and soda in the chilled glass. Express the lemon peel over the drink, if you are using it and enjoy!
